Francesca is a British award-winning Photographer, Fine Art Painter, Scientific Illustrator, Graphic Designer, Dive Professional and writer passionate about using her creative skills to create change. She seeks to raise awareness through the power of creativity documenting the human damage to our natural world. Whilst also highlighting the beauty, wonder and magic that can be found above and below the waves. She believes in the power of connection and empathy that art can bring to the viewer. She goes with the mindset of if you love something you will do anything to protect it.
Francesca's photography has been featured in Oceanographic and Dive Magazine UK as well as being the winner of the Nature Category in the National Geographic Traveller Photography Competition 2020 and named finalist for the young initiative category for the Ocean Awards 2023. Francesca is a Free diver and Open Water dive Instructor with work experience in the diving industry as well as over 250 dives logged. She worked the season as a freelance underwater Photographer on the Ningaloo Reef, Western Australia and is now currently based in Sydney, Australia.

I believe Photography and Art are powerful medium's to communicate the natural world and also serves as an important catalyst to connect you, the viewer, with the incredible planet I have fallen in love with. Art opens the empathy door, inviting you in to a world you may not have explored or to a place in your mind you have not investigated. Art helps to provoke feeling and passion, which I believe is the foundation to taking the first steps into anthropogenic consciousness.“
